Trust Center

At Allometric, we take pride in building AI, responsibly—or as we call it, AI-R. That means secure, compliant, human-centered systems designed for the realities of criminal law.

Allometric’s Air Justice suite of tools protects the privacy and security of Criminal Justice Information (CJI) received from our partners. We follow the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy and apply industry best practices to ensure compliance. Our systems, infrastructure, and personnel comply with CJIS standards for secure handling, storage, and transmission of CJI.

Key Protections Include:

  • CJIS-Compliant Infrastructure
All data is stored and processed in Microsoft Azure Government Cloud, which meets CJIS standards. This ensures secure handling of Criminal Justice Information (CJI) and related privileged legal materials.

  • Strict Access Controls
Only authorized users within your agency can access your data. Role-based access control and audit logs ensure that all access is tracked and reviewed.

  • Encryption at Rest and In Transit
All files, messages, and documents are encrypted using AES-256 when stored and during transmission.

  • Attorney Work Product Protections
Our system never trains AI models on your data. Your annotations, legal strategy, and prompt history stay private to your office and are never shared across organizations.

  • Confidentiality Agreements & Privileged Role Management
All Allometric personnel with access to your data have signed confidentiality agreements and undergo regular CJIS-specific security training. Access to privileged materials is limited to those with a legitimate business need.

  • Data Ownership and Control
You own your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We never use your files for any purpose other than delivering services to you.

  • Auditability & Secure Collaboration
Our system maintains detailed audit logs for all user and system actions. For collaborative work, our platform supports shared workspaces with full version control and permission controls.

Protecting Confidential & Privileged Materials

Client Confidentiality, Attorney–Client Privilege, and Work Product
At Allometric, we understand the critical importance of confidentiality in legal practice. Our platform is built from the ground up to safeguard sensitive legal information, including materials protected by attorney–client privilege and attorney work product doctrines.

Assurance for Legal Ethics & Compliance

We designed our platform to support ethical, secure, and compliant use by legal professionals. Our safeguards ensure that privileged materials remain confidential, are never accessed by unauthorized users, and are protected with the same diligence you apply to every case.

Summary of Security Practices

We use secure, government-authorized cloud environments (Microsoft Azure Government) for storing and processing CJI. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. Our team completes annual CJIS-compliant security training, and access to CJI is limited to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privilege. We monitor system access, maintain detailed audit logs, and have a documented incident response plan. All personnel accessing CJI undergo strict onboarding procedures, including multi-factor authentication, secure device use, and signed confidentiality agreements. Access is reviewed quarterly and immediately revoked when no longer needed. Detailed data security policies and CJIS compliance documentation are available to partners upon request.
